Dr S. Dilshan Gunasinghe talks to SBS Sinhalese radio about his research – from his PhD with at Monash University with Professor Trevor Lithgow – using super resolution microscopy to investigate the structure of bacterial cell walls and their role in arising drug resistance.

A member of the Gaus lab at Single Molecule Science since January 2018, Dr Gunasinghe also discussed his new research project using superresolution to examine how T cells initiate an immune response.
